Constructor & Destructor Documentation

tiramisu::view::view ( std::string  name,
std::vector< var iterator_variables,
primitive_t  t
)
inline

Constructor for a view.

Declare a view.

name is the name of the view.

iterator_variables is a vector that represents the dimensions of the view. It is used to define the size of the view.

t is the type of buffer data (p_float32 for example).

Example:

If we want to access a buffer buf where results of a computation C are stored we declare a view V and we map it to the buffer buf.

We declare the iterator variables

var i("i", 0, 20), j("j", 0, 30);

and then we can declare the following view

view V("V", {i,j}, p_float64);

Later in the code (in Layer III), we need to map the view to that buffer.

V.store_in(&buf);
